1. Purpose of the service

DropLink gives sellers a space in which to create, for each of their orders, a private page reachable through an unguessable link. That page gathers the photos and videos uploaded by the seller together with the parcel's shipping status.

DropLink never takes part in the transaction between a seller and their customer: no payment is processed, collected or facilitated by the service.

2. Account and access

Creating orders requires an account. Viewing a page as the recipient of a link requires none: the recipient is neither registered, nor identified, nor solicited.

An order's link is immutable. The seller may revoke it at any time, which makes it permanently inoperative and generates a new one.

3. Content you publish

The seller remains solely responsible for the content they upload and warrants holding the necessary rights. Infringing or unlawful content, and content harming third-party rights, are prohibited.

DropLink acts as a host: the service exercises no prior control over uploaded content, and does not select it.

4. Notice and takedown

Anyone may report content they consider unlawful. Every report is reviewed, and the account concerned may be suspended as a precaution — its pages then immediately stop being served.

Reports are made using the form provided for that purpose.

Suspension is reversible: reactivation restores the pages on the same links.

5. Availability

The service is provided as is, during its validation phase, free of charge and without any availability commitment. Tracking information comes from carriers: we guarantee neither its accuracy nor its freshness.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, change, or stop. We are not liable for the consequences of an outage, for data lost to a technical incident, or for incorrect tracking information reported by a carrier.

6. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The recipient's name is free text entered by the seller; it constitutes neither an account nor an identifier.

7. Termination

The seller may stop using the service at any time.

Deleting an account takes effect immediately and removes its orders, media and tracking: links already sent stop working. Only the email address and the sign-up and deletion dates are kept for one year, to meet hosting obligations, then erased automatically.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
